Chris Evert Children’s Hospital at Broward General Medical Center recently opened its doors to the newly renovated and expanded pediatric sedation unit. The unit is designed with a child-friendly atmosphere, minimizing patient fears and anxiety.

Chris Evert Chidren’s Hospital has dedicated a unique team in pediatric sedation that specializes in the safest techniques meeting the individual needs of each child. The newly renovated sedation unit encompasses sophisticated imaging techniques to visualize and assess tissue. This new method allows physicians to determine the best course of action or treatment for their patient with minimal discomfort.
